Tocars are not obligated to any compensation to the buyer except for the value of the order paid.
The store does not bear any additional fees due to the error in preparing the piece, and bears only the dismantling and preparation fees of the same prepared piece.
In the event that the customer is late for sending the part for more than 24 hours from the time the customer service center is notified, the return or replacement request is considered void.

Pricing service requests
In the event that the item to be priced is not available, the customer has the right to either keep the amount in his balance in the Tocars app or request that it be returned to his bank account within a period not exceeding 3 months from the date of payment of the amount.
Amounts paid for un-priced orders expire within 3 months from the date on which the customer pays the amount, and the customer is not entitled to claim them after this period.
In the event that the request is priced for the customer, the customer has the right to object to the price within a period not exceeding 7 working days and to demand that the amount be returned to his account.
In the event that the request is priced to the customer and the customer does not object to the price sent to him within 7 working days, Tocars keeps the amount in the customer’s balance for a period of 45 days, provided that it is completed Use it only with orders from within the website or application.
The amounts paid for the priced orders expire within 45 days from the date on which the customer paid the amount, and the customer is not entitled to claim them after this period.
The period for depositing funds for return requests
The amounts will be returned electronically after receiving the shipments and parts from the customer in a proper condition within a period of three to five working days as a maximum.
Return period
Mada / credit cards: The return request is submitted to the bank on the same card used, and it may take 7 to 21 business days for the value to appear in the customer’s bank statement from the date it is returned, according to the banking procedures.
